Hypnotherapy can support you with anything from stress, overwhelm, habits, sleep challenges, and performance enhancement to deeper emotional patterns, trauma, and long-standing inner blocks. 

Through guided relaxation and subconscious exploration, we work together to help you shift what's no longer serving you and strengthen what helps you feel grounded, confident, and at ease. 

A music based program for nervous system regulation

SSP uses specially filtered music to help your nervous system shift out of patterns of stress, overwhelm, or hyper-alertness.


It supports grounding, emotional regulation, and a deeper sense of inner safety, especially if you’ve been feeling on edge, disconnected, or easily overwhelmed.

A blended approach for whole person healing and meaningful change.  

Some people find that pairing SSP with hypnotherapy offers a deeper level of support, especially when both the body and mind are involved in what they're working through. 

By helping your system settle and open at the same time, this combined pathway can often make change feel more accessible and unfold more naturally, because your nervous system and subconscious are working in unison rather than on separate tracks.
