It’s a gentle way to ask questions, learn more, and see if hypnotherapy feels like the right next step. You're welcome to bring questions, curiosity or hesitations, everything is welcome here.

 

This call is free of charge - no pressure.

New Client Consultation
Our first session focuses on understanding your goals, history, and the patterns you'd like to shift.

Together, we create a plan that aligns with your comfort, pacing, and what your nervous system needs.

​

Hypnotherapy Sessions

Guided, client-centered sessions focused on calming and regulating your nervous system, releasing stored stress, and supporting your mind-body connection.

​​

Sessions follow a familiar, steady rhythm:

  • You arrive, settle, and we gently check in on what’s been happening since our last session (or set a fresh intention if it’s your first)

  • We have a brief pre-talk to align on focus for the session, always based on your goals and our plan

  • You're guided into hypnosis using grounding techniques, breathing and soothing imagery; you remain aware and in control, while your subconscious becomes more open to insight and change

  • You are gently guided out of hypnosis and we take time to discuss practical takeaways, follow-up suggestions, or tools to support your inner work between sessions
