How We'll Work Together

1) Meet & Greet (Free, 15–20 min)
A quick video or phone chat for those who aren’t quite ready to dive into a full consultation. It’s a gentle way to ask questions, learn more, and see if hypnotherapy feels like the right next step.

​

2) New Client Consultation (Free, 60 min)
We explore your goals and history related to your concern and map a supportive plan. You’ll leave with a recommended approach and next steps.

​

3) Hypnotherapy Sessions (60 or 90 min)
Guided, client-centered sessions focused on calming and regulating your nervous system, releasing stored stress, and supporting your mind-body connection.

​

Most clients benefit from 6–8 sessions per issue.

What a Session Feels Like: 

​

  • Arrive, settle, and gently check in on what’s been happening since our last session (or set a fresh intention if it’s your first)

  • Brief pre-talk to align on focus

  • Guided hypnosis with calming imagery and nervous system-focused techniques

  • Integration, practical takeaways, and follow-up suggestions

Calming Imagery

  • Together we’ll create a setting that feels most comfortable and safe for you — this might be a forest or a mountain lake, a cozy library, or any place (real or imagined) where you feel at ease. We’ll use this imagery together to support the deeper work we do in session.

Good to Know

  • Blankets, cushions, and pillows are provided in-office for your comfort. You're also welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

  • Bringing a water bottle is encouraged, as it's common to feel a little dry-mouthed after hypnosis. 

  • Wear comfortable clothing.

  • Accessibility & sensory accommodations available - please let me know what would help you feel at ease.

Personalized Self-Hypnosis Recording

Stand-alone: $175
Package add-on: $125

A fully customized 30–45 minute self-hypnosis recording designed specifically for your goals. This recording extends the impact of our session work, giving you a powerful tool to return to again and again.

Your recording is created just for you using the language, imagery, and suggestions that resonate most with your journey. Whether you’re looking to reinforce positive changes, deepen relaxation, or stay connected to your inner resources, this recording helps you continue the work between our sessions.

Available as a stand-alone service or at a reduced rate when added to a package.
